Egg Noodle Pad See Ew Recipe หมี่เหลืองผัดซีอิ๊ว - Hot Thai Kitchen!

09:35
Pad See Ew is our famous stir-fried rice noodle dish (yes, I have a recipe), but this egg noodle version is something I've only ever seen in southern Thailand where I grew up! These chubby fresh egg noodles have the most perfect chewiness, and with the salty-sweet-smoky flavour, it's one of the hardest dishes to stop eating!! These egg noodles are also much easier to find and much easier to work with than the fresh wide rice noodles, which makes this a very doable weeknight dinner! Instant Ramen Noodle Stir-Fry Recipe - Pad Mama ผัดมาม่า | Thai Recipes

08:42
"Mama" is Thailand's favourite brand of instant noodles, and we love it so much we use it in all sorts of recipes. In this video I show you how to elevate the humble pack of instant noodles into something more sophisticated, and definitely healthier and yummier than just boiling it in hot water! These Mama noodles have a very unique texture and flavour which work well in so many applications including a noodle salad, which if you haven't tried it, make sure you check out the recipe linked below! You can change up the vegetables, but I highly recommend keeping the cabbage and the tomatoes. I'm not adding any meat to this but you certainly can. The eggs, however, are so important! The flavour of the eggs once they've been browned in the wok is so much of what makes this dish so yummy. Chinese Egg Noodles street food-చైనీస్ ఎగ్ నూడుల్స్ స్ట్రీట్ స్టైల్

03:20
Text Recipe --- http://www.foodvedam.com/chinese-egg-noodles/ ‎ తెలుగు వెర్షన్ -- http://www.maatamanti.com/chinese-egg-noodles-telugu-recipe/ Chinese Egg Noodles is one of the popular street foods in Hyderabad. here in Hyderabad, most of the street foods are sold in the evenings.but Chinese noodles are always available.almost every main street has at least one Chinese food center. Here the street food vendors use to boil a lot of noodles at a time and store them in a bamboo basket.they keep all the cut vegetables readily available.when a customer asks for noodles, they prepare it within minutes. They cook them in a large wok on a high flame. One main thing to keep in mind while cooking noodles is -"you should not over boil noodles.otherwise, they will become mushy".unfortunately, If they get mushy, it's better to avoid using than using the mushy noodles. To be honest "in the video below my noodles were little mushy".This was one of my early videos.I had to handle camera and cooking at a time. something went wrong and they got little mushy.but I'm sure that I can prepare the best ever noodles.I prepare Chinese egg noodles at least once a week.My daughter always asks me to cook this for her friends at school. In this recipe, I used little MSG, but I personally suggest you to not use it.keep cooking.Try and enjoy. For more recipes visit http://www.foodvedam.com/

Pad See Ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) - Thai Fried Noodles You'll Love!

03:25
Pad See Ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) is one of the tastiest and most popular Thai fried noodles dishes. Get more delicious food at: http://migrationology.com/ Thailand is extremely famous for food, and when it comes to fried noodles, a certain dish by the name of Pad Thai often gets the spotlight. But there are a few more fried noodle dishes to choose from like pad kee mao, and the dish that's being highlighted in this street food video right here: Pad See Ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว). This noodle dish all begins with rice noodles, not just any rice noodles, but they are called sen yai, or wide rice noodles. These noodles are prepared fresh in sheets and then sliced into centimeter or so wide strips. It takes a super hot fire to make a perfect plate of Pad See Ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว), the fire has to be flaming to give the noodles the char fiery flavor they need. Once the wok is heated to the desired level of heat and the oil is smoking, pieces of pork (or chicken if you order it) are tossed in and whirled around for a few seconds. The green vegetable kale, known as kana in Thai, is then tossed in with the pork and stir fried for a few seconds. The the rice noodles enter the furnace of a wok, slowly added to the pan while being stirred so the sticky noodles don't clump together. A few more moments of stirring and in goes the seasoning, mostly including light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper. Finally for the finishing touch, an egg is cracked right into the middle of the noodles. The noodles are whisked around for a few more seconds until there's a nice smoky char on the contents and then it's scooped onto a plate and ready to be served. Pad See Ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) is popularly eaten with a spoonful of chili flakes tossed on top, and a few scoops of chili vinegar. Or you can choose to eat it just plain to enjoy the delicious flavors from the cooking. I've had quite a few plates of this Thai stir fried noodles dish in Thailand, but my favorite version comes from small shophouse style restaurants where the chef uses a high flame and really scorches the noodles and egg to perfection. When you're looking for a tasty single plate Thai street food meal, don't forget about pad see ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว). In Bangkok, it's a dish that's available at nearly all hole in the wall stir fry restaurants throughout the city. This video about pad see ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) is my contribution to Asia Eats. BETTER THAN TAKEOUT - Chicken Chow Mein (Chinese Stir Fry Noodles)

09:32
Dai pai dong (from Cantonese 大 排 檔) is a type of open-air food stall in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Usually gets very busy at night. And this chow mien is one of those dishes that every body orders every time. In China, we have some standers for a good chow mein. The most important one is your chow mein needs to be dry, no excess oil/water liquid. Watch my video to understand how to reach that stander. **INGREDIENTS** **FOR STIR FRYING** - 3 cups flat rice noodles - 1/2 cup of Chinese leek[韭菜] - 1/2 cup of Chinese chives[韭黄] - 1/2 cup of carrot - 1/2 cup of bean sprout **FOR THE CHICKEN MARINADE** - 150 grams of chicken breast - 1 tsp of cornstarch - 1 tsp of soy sauce [Pearl River Bridge Natural Brewed Light Soy Sauce: https://amzn.to/2TdlvOB] - 1 tsp of vegetable oil - a pinch of baking soda For the seasoning - 1 tbsp of light soy sauce - 1 tbsp of oyster sauce [Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand oyster sauce: https://amzn.to/2B7KLis] - 2 tsp of dark soy sauce [Pearl River Bridge Superior Dark Soy Sauce: https://amzn.to/2Qbjapr] - salt and pepper as require **HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN CHOW MEIN** - Cut the chicken into bite size. Mix it with 1 tsp of cornstarch, 1 Tsp of soy sauce, 1 Tsp of vegetable oil and a pinch of baking soda. Set it aside for 30 minutes - Prepare your vegetables. I use 1/2 cup of Chinese leek[韭菜], 1/2 cup of Chinese chives[韭黄], 1/2 cup of carrot, 1/2 cup of bean sprout. You can use whatever you like. - Have some rice noodles ready. If your noodle comes in a package and it is dry. You can soak them in water until soft or cook them until half way done. Don’t cook it all the way through. Dry it up. - Make the sauce ahead of the time. 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp dark sauce soy, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce. - Start cooking. Heat up the work for about 15 seconds. You can do this with a large salted pan as well. Add about 1.5 tbsp of vegetable oil. Cook the chicken first for 1 or 2 minutes. - Push the chicken to the side so you have room for the vegetables. - Add 1 tbsp of garlic and all the vegetables except the bean sprouts. Cook it for 1 or 2 minutes then add in the bean sprout, mix everything together. Set it aside. - Now we gonna do our noodles. Add about 1 and a half tbsp of vegetable oil. Then add in your noodles. Try to spread it. Toss the wok or keep turning the noodles so it cooks evenly. - 4 minutes later. Add the sauce, mix it quickly until the noodles became brown and shining. We can go ahead and add everything together. Mix them until well combined. - Add some salt and pepper to taste. You are done. That looks so good so tempting. Enjoy your meal! If you have any questions about the recipes, just post a comment, will help you out as soon as possible! ...and if you've read this far, might as well subscribe. More recipes coming soon =)

Authentic Thai Pad See Ew Recipe (ผัดซีอิ๊ว)

05:01
Get all the details for this authentic Thai pad see ew recipe (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) by clicking here: http://wp.me/p4a4F7-2fn Welcome to another Thai street food recipe, this time for one of the most popular Thai fried noodle dishes known as pad see ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว). Pad Thai is also famous, but this Thai dish is less sweet and sour, and more salty and flavored with both light and dark soy sauce. The most difficult thing to think about when preparing this Thai pad see ew recipe (ผัดซีอิ๊ว), is the heat of your pan. It can be a little tricky, so make sure you watch the video to get all my tips. The main thing is that you need to control the heat of your pan so you don't burn the noodles, and so they don't get too sticky and clump up. Another thing is that you need to stir the wide rice noodles from the bottom up, doing it carefully and folding the noodles more than just stir frying them. On the streets of Thailand, pad see ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) is often available at local restaurants where they are making stir fried dishes. You just ask the vendor for the dish, and then give them your choice of meat, which is often pork or chicken, and in just a few moments you'll have a fresh plate of noodles ready to be devoured. Ok, so for this Thai pad see ew recipes, here are the ingredients you'll need: 2 tablespoons of oil for frying 3 cloves of garlic 300 grams fresh wide rice noodles (sen yai) 200 grams chicken (alternatively you could really use any meat of your choice) 1 handful of chopped Chinese broccoli (kailan) - I used about 2 stalks for this recipe. 1 egg 1 tablespoon light soy sauce ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce ½ teaspoon sugar Pepper, chili flakes, and vinegar for garnish Again, like I say for all my Thai street food recipes, the list of ingredients that I used, should just be your guide. Ingredients can vary from place to place, and everyone has different taste buds, so use them as a guide, but make sure you do some taste testing so that your pad see ew tastes perfect for you! For this pad see ew recipe, it took me about 20 - 30 minutes to prepare all the ingredients, mostly chopping up all the chicken and the Chinese broccoli, and gathering all the rest of the ingredients. After everything was ready to go, it didn't take longer than about 5 minutes to fry it all up and it was ready to be served. I like to garnish pad see ew noodles with a generous scoop of black pepper, some chili flakes to spice things up, and sometimes vinegar to make the noodles sour. Give this recipe a try, and let me know what you think about it in the comments section below! Thank you for watching, and happy cooking! Music in this video courtesy of Audio Network.
