Creating a very simple form using Oracle Developer Suite 10G. Shows the basics of connecting to your database and using the data block wizard, as well as running and querying the form. PLEASE NOTE: This demonstration assumes that the viewer has a working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Tutorial 2: Using radio buttons can be found at the following link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5L3rHU5TBY UPDATE: Just an update regarding this video. Many people have asked me why I do not use voice overs. I specifically created these videos so that the students I teach have access to additional material outside of class and our LMS. Because we are based in South Africa, where internet access is still a challenge and mobile data costs are high, one of the key goals when I made these tutorials were to keep them as small and bandwidth efficient as possible, thus the lack of voice overs. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect that the videos would become so popular outside of my small circle of students. Please let me know if you would like to see more videos, and if yes, which topics would you like to see covered?

Jharkhand: ‘Mastermind’ behind illegal patthalgadi incidents held Subcribe for more video": https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYlzEKPBtGOOY6dJPufUbqg The alleged mastermind behind incidents of “patthalgadi” in Jharkhand’s Seraikela Kharsawan, Khunti and adjoining areas was arrested and sent to judicial custody, police said. The arrest comes days after Chief Minister Raghubar Das came down heavily on forces disturbing peace and constitutional sanctity in rural areas of the state in the name of patthalgadi. Patthalgadi is a ritual of tribals to put monoliths on the grave of ancestors. The tradition has been revived as a form of protest, allegedly by some anti-social elements, to prevent the entry of police and administrative officials by putting up stone plaques outside villages. It is common in the interior villages of Khunti, Chaibasa, Simdega and Seraikela Kharsawan. Kujur (42), the national working president of Adivasi Mahasabha and the alleged brain behind “patthalgadis” in several villages, was arrested from Delhi on Saturday. He was brought to Seraikela Kharsawan on Sunday, where he was produced in a court, which sent him to judicial custody, police said on Monday. He was posted as a general manager in Shipping Corporation of India in Kolkata, they said. According to the police, Kujur incited tribal villagers to use violent means to prevent the entry of police and administration officials into their villages and boycott the 2019 general elections. On August 25 last year, some villagers, allegedly at the behest of Kujur, had held hostage around three dozen policemen and security personnel, including the then Superintendent of Police and the Deputy Commissioner, when they had visited their villages. Kujur was also allegedly behind the “patthalgadi” in Jamdoha and Kathgora villages of Seraikela Kharsawan, last October. So far, five cases have been registered against Kujur, including two in Seraikela Kharsawan and three in Khunti. Addressing the party’s divisional panchayat-level workers’ meet at Khunti last month, the Chief Minister had said that in the name of Patthalgadi some anti-national forces were misguiding innocent villagers. He said the government would crush such forces. jharkhand patthalgadi mastermind held, jharkhand patthalgadi mastermind arrested, illegal patthalgadi mastermind arrested, kujur, india news, indian express, indian express news

Now that Oracle has desupported Reports, it’s time to evaluate a successor and start thinking about migration. You could just go on using Oracle Reports as long as possible in any supported environment. But there are now good alternatives, including ones whose enterprise-wide reporting can also broaden functionality and thus make migration desirable instead of just a necessity. In addition to the Oracle product portfolio designated successor, BI Publisher, JasperReports from the open source community is more and more becoming a solution to consider. In this free webinar you will learn: ● The advantages and disadvantages of the BI Publisher and JasperReports alternatives ● How to prepare a migration inside Reports ● How PITSS.CON can save you valuable time during migration

PARC Forum Presents: One of the challenges in big data analytics lies in being able to reason collectively about extremely large, heterogeneous, incomplete, noisy interlinked data. We need data science techniques which an represent and reason effectively with this form of rich and multi-relational graph data. In this presentation, Dr. Lise Getoor will describe some common collective inference patterns needed for graph data including: collective classification (predicting missing labels for nodes in a network), link prediction (predicting potential edges), and entity resolution (determining when two nodes refer to the same underlying entity). Dr. Getoor will describe two key capabilities required, relational feature construction and collective inference, and briefly describe some of the cutting edge analytic tools being developed within the machine learning, AI, and database communities. Lise Getoor is Professor in the Computer Science Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz and currently leads their Data Science Initiative. Her research areas include machine learning and reasoning under uncertainty with a focus on structured data; in addition she works in data management, data integration, visual analytics and social network analysis. She is a recipient of an NSF Career Award and eight best paper and best student paper awards. She was co-chair for ICML 2011, and has served on the PC of many conferences including the senior PC of AAAI, ICML, KDD, UAI, WSDM and the PC of SIGMOD, VLDB, and WWW. She is an elected Fellow of the Association for Artificial Intelligence and a board member of the International Machine Learning Society. She was a professor in the Computer Science Department, University of Maryland, College Park (2001 to 2013) and received her PhD from Stanford University, her Master’s degree from University of California, Berkeley, and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

I decided to combine two of my theories together since some of the same clues were being used. Please let me know what you think in the comment section below. Solve the riddle I put at the end of the video Follow me on social media http://instagram.com/kiikiiai Twilight Zone's "Of Late I Think of Cliffordville" episode summary William J. Feathersmith, the 75-year-old president of a large corporation, is self-centered, sadistic, and bored with success. Feathersmith talks with the janitor Mr. Hecate who comes from the same small town called Cliffordville, Indiana. Feathersmith and Hecate have been working in the same building for 34 years. Feathersmith dreams of returning to Cliffordville and starting life anew. Feathersmith then meets "Miss Devlin" in a travel agency in his own building, on the 13th floor. Though it is never stated outright, Feathersmith quickly comes to realize that Miss Devlin is the Devil (or is at least working in his service). Excited by the implications, Feathersmith offers to sell his soul for the chance to start life over. Miss Devlin informs him that, because of all the evil deeds he has committed over the course of his life, he is irrevocably bound for hell, and his soul is no longer his to offer. Miss Devlin proposes that Feathersmith make a monetary payment in the form of almost all his liquidated worth, leaving him with a little over $1,400. Because he knows where oil has been found and which investments have succeeded and which have failed in the last 50 years, Feathersmith agrees, and is soon transported by train to Cliffordville in the year 1910, looking thirty years old. Back in 1910 Cliffordville, he uses $1,403 to buy 1,403 acres of land which he knows to contain deposits of oil. He forgets, however, that high-power drills to access the oil have not been invented yet. Feathersmith tries to woo the daughter of a rich landowner but is startled that, rather than being the beauty he remembers, she is actually quite homely. He tries to "invent" a self-starter for automobiles but doesn't know how to design one. Eventually, Feathersmith realizes that the Devil did not regress his physical age; he is still 75, and merely appears to be thirty, meaning that he will die before he is able to capitalize on his purchase. Feathersmith accuses Miss Devlin of cheating him by altering the past but she retorts that this is all as it was, he just chose to remember it differently. She needles him that he has lived off the work of others and is unable to create anything himself. Miss Devlin gives him one chance to go back to the future by boarding another train, but the price of the ticket is $40. Despite having no money left, Feathersmith agrees, selling the deed to his land to a young man in Cliffordville to afford the fare. Feathersmith is transported back to the future where he discovers that the young man to whom he sold the land is Mr. Hecate. Because of Feathersmith's actions, Hecate is now the president of the corporation and Feathersmith is his janitor.

Operating systems require environment variables as settings and configurations for several processes. Although these variables are automatically defined or initialized during the installation of the system or specific software, in windows, to set environment variables manually is not a difficult task. That's because windows allows us to manually add, remove or edit environment variables through system settings according to our requirements. Step # 1 -- Opening environment variables In windows, to set environmental variables, you can take two paths. Either we can go to control panel, then access the system security option, and then the system option. Or we can simply right click on My Computer and select its properties. Once we are in the system window, select the advanced system settings from the list on the left side. A new window will pop up. Over here, click on the environment variables button near the bottom of this window and you can now access the Windows environment variables. Step # 2 -- Adding a variable In this window there are two sets of environment variables, one is the "user variables", and the other is the "system variables". Choose the new button in the user variables section to open the "define a new variable" dialog window. Over here, you will be required to define the variable name as anything you wish to set, such as temporary and then define its value as the path to the directory. With that done, let's complete this process by pressing OK. Your new environment variable has been created now. Step # 3 -- Editing and removing a variable To edit an environment variable, click on it, and then click on the edit button to open a dialog window. Here we can edit the name and value of the variable. Likewise to remove an environment variable, simply click on the variable and then click on the delete button. Once all the definitions are complete, close the window and restart your computer to allow the operating system to load these settings on boot. And that's basically all you need to know for how to set environment variables in windows.
