Forging his Birth Certificate As Walt Disney watched his brothers go off to take part in WWI, he wanted nothing more than to join them. Even in 1918, when the war was coming to an end – he was way too young to join the army and no one would take a 16-year-old. Disney was born on December 5, 1901, and he wasn’t old enough to become a soldier. His initial plan was to join the Canadian Army, but it didn’t work out. However, Disney didn’t let this bring him down, as he was determined to reach Europe – no matter what. His next idea was to join the American Ambulance Corps, which was a part of the Red Cross who would take 17-year-olds, but he was still too young to join that as well. So, he decided to lie about his age. It actually wasn’t that hard for him to do because in 1901, birth certificates were not required by law in Illinois and official paperwork often went unfiled. When he filled out the application, all he had to do was change the 1 to a 0 and was now born in 1900. He was sent to France in September 1918 after the armistice and spent his time driving officials and making important deliveries. There are actually many rumors about Walt Disney’s birth and his certificate. Since his was never officially recorded, it was rumored that he was actually an adopted boy from Spain or the product of an affair between his father, Elias Disney and a woman named Isabel Zamora from Spain. There is no evidence that Walt’s parents had any relationship with Spain or had even been there. There was also the rumor that he had been born on Jan 8, 1891. Someone was born on that date with that name, probably his brother Raymond, and his parents just changed their mind about the name at the last minute. School records and photographs prove that Walt was not 11 years older and could not have been the product of an affair in 1890. So between the record for the red cross, the confusion about his birth and the alleged affair, Walt Disney is already off to a rocky start! 10. Modifying his Signature Forging your birth certificate is one thing, but forging your signature is definitely something else. Actually, Walt Disney’s signature has a history all its own! His signature is one of the best-known images of the whole Disney Empire, especially because of the famous letters “W” and “D”, with their curved shapes and straight lines down the middle. But the truth is – those are not the letters from Disney’s original signature and this wasn’t even used as the company’s logo until 20 years after Walt’s death. If you look at early pictures of Walt Disney’s work you can see the shape of his letters are pretty different and his real signature doesn’t look anything like the corporate signature. The thing is that, because of the massive amount of animation in the Disney studios, Walt Disney just didn’t have enough time to sign and approve things all day long. So he allowed a few people to sign his name in the studio. One of those people was Hank Porter, who was employed in the promotions department of Disney studios and Bob Moore who signed autographs. Many of the cartoonists also signed their work in the same way, which looks much more like the corporate signature of today. Walt himself made subtle changes to his signature every year and even his own, real signatures look like they were signed by different people. If you think you have something that may have been signed by Walt Disney, it is worth it to get it authenticated by an experienced appraiser. It could be worth a lot!! 9. Nervous Breakdown With the success that we see now, it seems like Walt Disney had it all. You might think that his pathway to success was easy, but this is far from the truth. Early on, Walt was struggling to get his company started, and he would spend hours on end in his studio, working with the animators to deliver content that was up to his standards. In the early 1930s, he was under extraordinary amount of pressure. According to his own testimony, he was working way too hard, pushing himself to the limit. In those days, Disney and his wife were also trying to have children, but they suffered a series of miscarriages. With a lot of financial troubles to deal with, and each new film costing more than the previous, and his problems at home. Disney's Billion Dollar Business Strategy
Disney applies an important business strategy for generating multi-million dollar blockbusters. For a more detailed explanation of the business strategies examined in this episode, visit https://everydaysaleshq.com/sales-in-cinema/episode-4-disney-upcycle/ Subscribe for more episodes and latest content! https://www.youtube.com/c/everydaysaleshq?sub_confirmation=1 Disney is among the oldest entertainment companies in the world. They have mastered the art of creating comfort and nostalgia while retaining freshness and innovation. Part of their strategy is to reapply and redistribute effective and well received content across multiple productions. While it’s fairly well known that when Disney cartoons were hand drawn, many original segments were recycled to save time, Disney evolved the concept to apply to more than just cell frames. They apply a business strategy that integrates prior successful work into a new setting. Iteration Upcycle – Blending familiar past experiences audiences tend to favor with a new context. We all utilize systems in our professional lives. Applying the iteration upcycle forces you to closely examine your methods of productivity. After identifying the most effective elements of your process, it is essential to analyze why these elements were effective, allowing you to improve upon them and apply them in different areas of your business. Keep experimenting with the least effective elements of your system and repeat until you have a well oiled operation. Disney uses an iteration upcycle formula by analyzing their past work, taking the bits that have a high impact on their audience, and refashioning them for future use. There are three main frameworks in this process: Familiar Framing – Using subtle elements of a familiar experience that has been well received in the past. By creating an experience that is subtly familiar you develop comfort with your target group. The feeling of comfort is a signal of trust which is essential for creating a strong brand. Recycled Content – Re-using the same successful format, gag, or concept through a new presentation. Recycling your content to create a fresh user experience saves time and money. Whether you’re introducing a new product or service, launching a marketing campaign, or approaching a different segment, you want to examine the effective elements of your existing work and recycle them to create a prototype with the highest potential for success. The most important lesson here is not just about repurposing past works for future ventures. Reusing works and applying the same standards leaves your audience with a watered down experience. The magic of Disney is that they twist their recycled content to the point where it feels almost entirely new. Surprise Subversion – Breaking the format of recycled content to disrupt expectations. Adding a new kink into the experience is the best way to establish yourself as remarkable. When a process becomes the new normal, breaking expectations creates innovative enjoyment from worn out content. Using these tactics, you can design a stronger presentation, improve your client experience, or refresh your employee onboarding process. Jandali, who was teaching in Wisconsin when Steve was born, said he had no choice but to put the baby up for adoption because his girlfriend's family objected to their relationship. The baby was adopted at birth by Paul Reinhold Jobs (1922–1993) and Clara Jobs (1924–1986). Later, when asked about his "adoptive parents," Jobs replied emphatically that Paul and Clara Jobs "were my parents." He stated in his authorized biography that they "were my parents 1,000%." Unknown to him, his biological parents would subsequently marry (December 1955), have a second child, novelist Mona Simpson, in 1957, and divorce in 1962. The Jobs family moved from San Francisco to Mountain View, California when Steve was five years old. The parents later adopted a daughter, Patti. Paul was a machinist for a company that made lasers, and taught his son rudimentary electronics and how to work with his hands. The father showed Steve how to work on electronics in the family garage, demonstrating to his son how to take apart and rebuild electronics such as radios and televisions. As a result, Steve became interested in and developed a hobby of technical tinkering. Clara was an accountant who taught him to read before he went to school. Jobs's youth was riddled with frustrations over formal schooling. At Monta Loma Elementary school in Mountain View, he was a prankster whose fourth-grade teacher needed to bribe him to study. Jobs tested so well, however, that administrators wanted to skip him ahead to high school—a proposal his parents declined. Jobs then attended Cupertino Junior High and Homestead High School in Cupertino, California. During the following years Jobs met Bill Fernandez and Steve Wozniak, a computer whiz kid. Following high school graduation in 1972, Jobs enrolled at Reed College in Portland, Oregon. Reed was an expensive college which Paul and Clara could ill afford. They were spending much of their life savings on their son's higher education. Jobs dropped out of college after six months and spent the next 18 months dropping in on creative classes, including a course on calligraphy. He continued auditing classes at Reed while sleeping on the floor in friends' dorm rooms, returning Coke bottles for food money, and getting weekly free meals at the local Hare Krishna temple In 1976, Wozniak invented the Apple I computer. Jobs, Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne, an electronics industry worker, founded Apple computer in the garage of Jobs's parents in order to sell it. They received funding from a then-semi-retired Intel product-marketing manager and engineer Mike Markkula. Through Apple, Jobs was widely recognized as a charismatic pioneer of the personal computer revolution and for his influential career in the computer and consumer electronics fields. Jobs also co-founded and served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios; he became a member of the board of directors of The Walt Disney Company in 2006, when Disney acquired Pixar. Most DISTURBING Secrets About Disney!
Check out the most disturbing secrets about disney! This top 10 list of dark disney land secrets will surprise you! Celebration, Florida Waaay before any 3D City-Building computer game was cool, it was hard to make your own little town you could control yourself. Unless you owned Disney, of course! Disney’s fantasy was to create his own world, a new magic kingdom for real people. He unfortunately died in ’66, but the idea of the perfect fantasy town he had didn’t! In early 1990 the town of Celebration was built. It was meant to be the perfect town, where everything was by the book. And they did that in a very… specific way: must have snow at Christmas time, even if it’s fake since it is never going to snow in Florida, Christmas trees with plastic needles, (a lot of other Christmas stuff since Disney loves Christmas), a limited number of houses to keep the neighborhood organized, and a very strict set of rules. For some people this was the ideal place to live. Clean parks and streets, the grass is always cut, the bushes are all in nice shapes, the houses are perfect and it’s family oriented. Like Pleasantville! It was indeed the Disney Dream. But like with any utopian dream, in less than two decades things turned south. People began to realize that the fantasy they were living was nothing more than a lie when the first murder took place. Life wasn’t Disney, they weren’t living in a Disney movie and there was nothing magical about it. It was all just a perfect shell to hide the real, normal challenges of everyday life. Not long after the murder, another resident named Craig Foushee barricaded himself inside his home. A SWAT team arrived and opened fire. After more than ten hours they used tear gas to enter the house, only to find out the owner was already dead by his own hand. Disney sold most of its stake in Celebration in 2004, but the fantasy they wanted was a lie from the very beginning. 7. Death is NOT allowed at Disneyland Disneyland, with or without real skulls, (i’ll get back to that later) is a great place for a family to have fun. It’s the happiest place on earth right? This reputation isn’t easy to maintain, I’m sure! But how far would Disney go to keep this impression up? There are rumors about an unwritten policy that requires Disneyland staff to never let anyone die there. This doesn’t make any sense at first glance. There are lots of reports about deaths at Disney parks. For example an 18-year-old staff member was crushed by a malfunctioning stage in 1974. A plane crash killed two people in 1984 and the list goes on and on. But it seems that no death was declared at Disneyland! The theory claims that the staff is instructed to keep any wounded person alive until they are off of Disney property. They would even attempt to revive obviously deceased people in order to postpone declaring them dead. But how far from the truth is this theory? Pretty far away, actually. The facts are that paramedics won’t stop trying to save a life until they reach a hospital. The only time a paramedic is allowed to declare a person dead is under extreme circumstances where the survival of the patient would be impossible. And people have been declared dead in at least 3 incidents. 6. Wonderful Wizard of Bras Oh… Disney Land! The theme park everyone knows and loves and where every child wants to go. Who can blame them though? After all, any child would want to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse, take a photo with Alice, explore Sleeping Beauty Castle or… get a racy bra and corset! Yes! You heard right. Back in 1955, when Disneyland first opened, you could, among all the usual attractions and souvenir shops, go buy some lingerie!! At the shop you could find out about the history of undergarments and even buy corsets and bras in the “corseteria” part of the shop. The entire lingerie store was hosted by a robot. Not any kind of robot though! The Wonderful Wizard of Bras Robot! It was placed on a revolving stage which was a mechanically controlled platform and it would move around and spew out a recording describing the items displayed. What else could you get here? Just the usual stuff: Some mannequins whose outer clothing would disappear, revealing their lingerie as you turn your head, a Singer Sewing Machine (which was a huge success) and some 3D boxes showcasing intimate apparel of the Victorian era. Shocking! Well actually this store might have actually been extremely successful Origins Explained is the place to be to find all the answers to your questions, from mysterious events and unsolved mysteries to everything there is to know about the world and its amazing animals!

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE! Walt Disney founded Disneyland in Anaheim, California on July 17, 1955. It was an instant success, enticing people from all over the world to enjoy. Walt Disney once imagined the Disneyland theme park when visiting Griffith Park, a large municipal park in the Los Feliz area, with his daughters. 46 years after Disneyland was created, California Adventure was born. California Adventure pays homage to Walt Disney’s early career in the Los Feliz area, where he lived and had a small studio. In this video, I declare that Disneyland is a success precisely because it follows the spirit of capitalism quite well, building an emotional connection with its audience to the greatest level possible. Walt Disney - Champions of Obstacles Motivational Video
https://www.richgrof.com/ This is a motivational short video preview designed to inspire your greatness. to view the full video go to: Release The Power of Your Inner Champion - Success Motivational Speech https://youtu.be/F8N3eFRUnBY Raise Up Your Inner Champion and Succeed It’s no secret that the road to success has many challenges. Most people know that. We’ve all discovered this truth as we have worked towards our own personal success in our small business or our lives. Each time we are challenged, it’s comforting to know that there is a powerful champion spirit that can rise up inside of us and overcome the seemingly impossible challenges in our path. Having this champion spirit gives us reassurance that we are on the right track towards success and that we can handle any trouble that come our way. It also builds resilience skills and the ability to perform well under high stress. I learned this valuable lesson when I was the team captain of my high school water polo team. What I Learned Playing High School Sports Water polo is similar to hockey or soccer except there are two play areas: one is above the water which is visible to the spectators and the referees and the other is below the water where the action is distorted not only by splashing, but also from the depth and the refraction of the water. It is under water where much of the action takes place including grabbing, holding, kicking, and pulling all of which is unseen by the referees. Because most of these infractions go undetected by the referee no whistle or penalty is called. It is when a player retaliates above the water where the referee can see that the whistle is blown and a penalty is given. To “play the game” effectively a player has to remain calm, focus on the ball, the game and be able to "zone out” from the pain. If a player lets frustration and the desire to get even overcomes him then his ability to perform and play the game is lost. The Hidden Battles So it is with anything we will do in our business and lives. There are two battles to be waged: one that others can see and the other inside of us. Remember, to maintain your focus and like playing water polo, expect the ‘hit’, its part of the game. A ‘hit’ in your small business is any one of the many challenges you can face such as lacking time, money or even knowing what to do. The good news is that the more skilled you are the more of a potential success you become. Any attacks to knock you off your game are rewarded with the opportunity to overcome the challenge. So no matter what comes your way, keep summoning the champion inside and remember the lesson of the champion is one of strategy, resilience and self control. To do that you will need to develop new skills. Radio Anu: http://www.radioanu.com/ Call/Whatsapp: 1-268-728-3162 email: [email protected],com Walter Elias "Walt" Disney was born on December 5, 1901, in Hermosa, Illinois. He and his brother Roy co-founded Walt Disney Productions, which became one of the best-known motion-picture production companies in the world. Disney was an innovative animator and created the cartoon character Mickey Mouse. He won 22 Academy Awards during his lifetime, and was the founder of theme parks Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Walt Disney was one of five children, four boys and a girl. His father was Elias Disney, an Irish-Canadian, and his mother, Flora Call Disney, was German-American. Disney lived most of his childhood in Marceline, Missouri, where he began drawing, painting and selling pictures to neighbors and family friends. In 1911, his family moved to Kansas City, where Disney developed a love for trains. His uncle, Mike Martin, was a train engineer who worked the route between Fort Madison, Iowa and Marceline. Later, Disney would work a summer job with the railroad, selling snacks and newspapers to travelers. Disney attended McKinley High School in Chicago, where he took drawing and photography classes and was a contributing cartoonist for the school paper. At night, he took courses at the Chicago Art Institute. When Disney was 16, he dropped out of school to join the Army but was rejected for being underage. Instead, he joined the Red Cross and was sent to France for a year to drive an ambulance. He moved back to the U.S. in 1919. Walt Disney’s First Cartoons In 1919, Disney moved to Kansas City to pursue a career as a newspaper artist. His brother Roy got him a job at the Pesmen-Rubin Art Studio, where he met cartoonist Ubbe Eert Iwwerks, better known as Ub Iwerks. From there, Disney worked at the Kansas City Film Ad Company, where he made commercials based on cutout animation. Around this time, Disney began experimenting with a camera, doing hand-drawn cel animation, and decided to open his own animation business. From the ad company, he recruited Fred Harman as his first employee. Walt and Harman made a deal with a local Kansas City theater to screen their cartoons, which they called Laugh-O-Grams. The cartoons were hugely popular, and Disney was able to acquire his own studio, upon which he bestowed the same name. Laugh-O-Gram hired a number of employees, including Harman's brother Hugh and Iwerks. They did a series of seven-minute fairy tales that combined both live action and animation, which they called Alice in Cartoonland. By 1923, however, the studio had become burdened with debt, and Disney was forced to declare bankruptcy. Roy Disney and Disney Brothers’ Studio Disney and his brother Roy soon pooled their money and moved to Hollywood. Iwerks also relocated to California, and there the three began the Disney Brothers' Studio. Their first deal was with New York distributor Margaret Winkler, to distribute their Alice cartoons. They also invented a character called Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, and contracted the shorts at $1,500 each. Walt Disney’s Mickey Mouse A few years later, Disney discovered that Winkler and her husband, Charles Mintz, had stolen the rights to Oswald, along with all of Disney’s animators, except for Iwerks. Right away the Disney brothers, their wives and Iwerks produced three cartoons featuring a new character Walt had been developing called Mickey Mouse. The first animated shorts featuring Mickey were Plane Crazy and The Gallopin' Gaucho, both silent films for which they failed to find distribution. When sound made its way into film, Disney created a third, sound-and-music-equipped short called Steamboat Willie. With Walt as the voice of Mickey, the cartoon was an instant sensation. .

The Secret to Success is Work - Daily Disney Ep. 144
The Secret to Success is Work. That's a hard truth, but the truth it still is. This quote comes from the book, The Quotable Walt Disney. While I am paraphrasing what Walt said, I love his quote because, in a time of instant gratification, his words still ring true. Your success will only come from work. I realized this myself and after some time I finally decided to stop putting this off and making excuses and just do it. I've officially opened the Talk About The Magic Store. I joined the Etsy store and finally opened shop. Here you'll find digital prints of quotes that have truly helped me focus in on my goals. I'll be updating the shop with more work soon. Hi guys !! Disney is the most popular brand in the cartoon industry. We told you few secrets in the video.....you'll be astonished to know : -According to his animator, Beast is the combination of seven different animals. -In “Monsters Inc”, the code 23-19 is used whenever an object from the human world enters Monstropolis. The 23rd and 19th letters of the alphabet are W and S. “WS” stands for white sock, the first alien object to be destroyed in the movie. -The official voices of Mickey and Minnie Mouse were Wayne Allwine and Russi Taylor – a married couple. -Nearly every Pixar film references Apple because it was founded by Steve Jobs. -Many early Disney characters are motherless because of the guilt that Walt felt over his mother’s death in 1938. After the success of Snow White, Walt bought a home for his parents. A faulty heating system in the home led to the death of Flora Disney by carbon monoxide poisoning. -The voice of Boo in “Monsters Inc.”, Mary Gibbs, was just a toddler at the time. The production team had a hard time getting her to record, so they followed her around the studio and pieces Boo’s dialogue together from things she said while she was playing.
