It allows more toxins to be pulled out during the detox bath. Clean body, Clear mind. DETOX BATHS Detox baths are a simple and luxurious way to detoxify the body. They are also very important to use as a means of preventing recent toxin exposure from being stored in the body as well as the releasing of stored toxins from the body. A detox bath is critical after chemical and radiation exposure such as pesticides, gasoline, dental exams, x-rays, too much sun, etc. as this will support the body to quickly detox and release toxins before being stored in the tissues. It is highly recommended to take detox baths after massages, acupuncture, microcurrent, chelation, fasting, aerobic exercise, etc. All of these activities release toxins that have accumulated deep inside your cells for years which may be causing gradual degeneration. Water can only pull a limited amount of toxins by osmosis. When your body wants to release more and cannot due to toxic saturation of the bath water, it becomes overwhelmed. If you are not feeling well or are unsure of the toxic load you will release, it is wise to start with a 15 minute bath and evaluate how you feel. If very toxic, repeat every couple hours. It is good to do this daily until the time in the bath lengthens as your toxic burden lessens. It is best to stay in the bath until the water cools down, approximately 1 hour. As with any cleanse, it is very important to be well hydrated to support the process and lessen any potential detox symptoms. Karen drinks water with lemon juice and then rubs the lemons on her skin while in the bath. Rubbing your skin with the oil and juice of the lemons (or lemon essential oil) assists with exfoliation and the detox process. When finished with a detox bath, you should feel tired, sleepy, relaxed, relieved, etc. If symptoms of exertion occur, empty the tub and rinse your body with cool water. If still feeling exertion, some will start over with same and/or different additives and feel relief after a second bath. Brain fog will usually leave after taking a detox bath. If brain fog returns you probably need to take more baths at that time. ----- This basic formula draws out most heavy metals and chemicals. You need the combination to get the different valences of heavy metals as each draws out different metals and chemicals. 1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar 1 cup of Epsom salt (Magnesium Sulfate) 2-32 oz. bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide Adding 1 cup of baking soda can draw out radiation from x-rays, cell phone towers, computers screens, televisions, flying in airplanes, etc. ---- This formula is effective against nearly all forms of fungus, whether they be mycoplasma found in lupus, rosacea, dog mange, interstitial cystitis plasmodium parasites, Morgellons disease, or even pneumonia. Some important questions come up when it comes to dental health on a raw vegan, or even fruitarian diet. Understanding the involvement the lymphatic system has with dental health is key to keeping your teeth clean. In today's video, I share how to avoid tooth decay on a raw vegan diet. Many have concerns that they will get cavities on a raw vegan diet. Another classic concern is that fruit sugar will rot their teeth over time eating a fruit based diet. This is far from the truth. The astringents from fruits like apples, grapes, mangos, and so forth clean the teeth. Some fruits such as dates and even avocados may be more acidic in nature, and can definitely do some harm if you are eating them in a manner that is out of balance and not keeping up with your hygiene. Eating foods more on the alkaline side like fruits and vegetables is essential for dental health and natural hygiene. It is wise to stay away from acidic foods high in phytic acid like grains, and nuts. These foods are more likely to create cavities. MY FAT LOSS PROGRAM -- http://www.LeanSecrets.com RECIPE #1 -- Chia Breakfast Pudding This is a very filling, delicious, and lean breakfast option! It's packed with fiber, omega 3s, and healthy carbs. A great option if you like cold breakfasts and pudding (think tapioca pudding) -I used 3 Tbsp of the Qia Breakfast Cereal for this, which you can buy at Whole Foods in the cereal isle. -You can also just use 3 Tbsp chia seeds! Adding hemp seeds and buckwheat groats are optional, but make it an even more filling and delicious snack -Also add any fruit or additional spices like cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg etc. -Cover with almond milk or lite coconut milk -Allow the mixture to soak for at least 10 minutes or even overnight. RECIPE #2 -- Quinoa Yogurt Parfait -1/2 cup fat free or 2% greek yogurt -1/4 cup cooked (but cooled off) quinoa. IMPORTANT NOTE: Always rinse your quinoa really well!!! -Fruit of choice -Nuts and/or Goji Berries if you'd like -Lemon Zest and Orange Zest -Dash of Stevia -Splash of Lite Coconut Milk (make sure your coconut milk is unsweetened!) -Shake it or leave it layered, and store in the fridge or eat right away RECIPE #3 --French Toast Sticks -2 Slices Food for Life Brown Rice Bread cut into sticks -1 Whole egg and splash of egg whites whisked -1 tsp Vanilla Extract and Cinnamon -Splash of coconut milk Soak the bread into the egg mixture. Lightly spray a pan with coconut oil, and cook the sticks until golden brown on each side (approx 30 seconds each side). Top french toast sticks with coconut nectar or raw honey, and serve with fruit of your choice. RECIPE #4 -- Omelet -1 Egg and 1/2 cup egg whites whisked very well -Add a splash of water and whisk again -Season to your liking with salt and pepper and any other spices you prefer -Use coconut oil in an omelet pan to prevent sticking -Sautee the omelet mixture on a very high heat, moving the mixture quickly to ensure an evenly cooked omelet. Flip omelet onto a plate, folding it onto itself. -In a separate pan, sauté vegetables of your choice. I choose tomatoes, green onions and spinach today. -Cut a slit into your omelet, and stuff it with your veggies. RECIPE #5 -- Tropical Hemp Smoothie -4 oz. Lite Coconut Milk -2 oz. Home made or store bought almond milk (unsweetened) -Handful of frozen pineapples -1/2 an orange -Orange zest -2 Tbsp hemp protein powder -Handful of spinach Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy! This should make about 6 pancakes. Don’t worry if the pancakes do not look perfect. 5) Cook for about 3 – 4 mins on one side until it’s lightly browned. Flip over and cook until the pancake is done. Serve warm. Instead of the typical sugar loaded sweet pancakes, this recipe is packed with vegetables! Have 3 – 4 pancakes for breakfast! LUNCH - RICE NOODLES UPMA Ingredients (serves 2) 1. 3oz / 85g Rice Noodles – 309Cals 2. 1 Small Onion, diced – 7Cals 3. 1 Red Chilli, finely chopped – 18Cals 4. 1 sprig of Curry Leaves – 1Cals 5. 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil – 124Cals 6. 1 tbsp. Channa Dal / Urad Dal – 16Cals 7. ½ tsp. Cumin – 4Cals 8. ¼ tsp. Black Mustard Seeds – 12Cals 9. ¾ cup Mixed Carrot, Corn & Peas – 90Cals 10. ¼ cup Cashew Nut, halved – 160Cals 11. A pinch of Salt to season 12. 2 sprigs Coriander, chopped – 2Cals 370.5Cals per serving Steps: 1. Soak noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside. 2. In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. 3. Add in cumin, black mustard seeds and dal. Fry for about 3 – 4 minutes until dal turns lightly golden and fragrant. 4. Then stir in the onions, curry leaves, chilli, cashew nuts and mixed vegetables. Sautee very quickly for 2 - 3 minutes until cashews are slightly roasted. 5. Don’t forget to season with salt. 6. Mix in the noodles and stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Go head and taste your dish, add more salt if needed. 7. Garnish with coriander and serve warm. Feel free to add a different variety of vegetables. You can even mix protein into the recipe such as tempeh, tofu, egg or meat. Bring this out to work or school! DINNER - CHICKPEAS SWEET POTATO GREENS IN COCONUT MILK Ingredients (serves 4) 1. 1 medium Onion, diced – 44Cals 2. 1 Garlic Clove, peeled – 4Cals 3. 1 Ginger piece, thumb-sized, peeled & sliced – 6Cals 4. 1 Red Chilli, finely sliced -18Cals 5. ½ tbsp. Vegetable Oil – 62Cals 6. ½ tsp. Turmeric Powder – 4Cals 7. 1 tsp. Ground Cumin – 8Cals 8. 1 tsp. Garam Masala – 7Cals 9. 2 cups Pumpkin, peeled & diced – 60Cals 10. 1 can Chickpeas, rinsed & drained – 360Cals 11. 150g Sweet Potato Greens – 53Cals 12. 1 cup Coconut Milk – 410Cals 13. 1 cup Vegetable Stock – 31Cals 14. A pinch of salt 267Cals per serving Total Cals with Rice: 471 Total Cals with 2 Chapati: 487 Steps: 1. In a food processor, add in the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Blend very quickly until it becomes a paste. 2. In a large non-stick pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the paste for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and then add in the spices – turmeric, cumin and masala. Continue to fry very quickly for another minute. 3. Add pumpkin and chickpeas. Stir and mix well. 4. Add the coconut milk and stock. Bring to a simmer and allow all the ingredients to cook for about 20 - 30 minutes until the pumpkin softens and the sauce thickens. Don’t forget to stir occasionally. 5. Once the pumpkin has soften, add in the sweet potato greens and cook until wilted. Season with salt. Serve warm. Chickpeas are a great source of protein for vegetarians. You can serve this with a cup of rice or 1 – 2 chappati.

I spaced them about between 2-3 hrs. Don't forget to drink lots of water and no caffeine. This is video 5 of 5. Here is the Grocery Shopping List for the 3 day cleanse: 30 Celery Stalks (I found that 3 large packages did the trick) 3 Cucumbers 18 Romaine Leaves (I found that one bunch was fine) 1 Bunch of Parsley 1 bag of Spinach (you may have leftover for salad or smoothies after the cleanse) 1 bag of Kale (you may have leftover for salad or smoothies after the cleanse) 9 Lemons 12 Green apples 1 Pineapple 1 bunch of mint Cayenne Ground Pepper Agave or Honey 9 Carrots 6 Beets Ginger Thanks for watching, don’t forget to comment, like, and subscribe. Cashew Heaven Milk- Serves 1 3 oz Unsalted Raw Cashews (remember to soak for at least 4 hrs. and replace with new water when blending) (Also, if almonds are on sale, you can replace the cashews with the almonds) 12 oz. Water 1 Tablespoon Agave 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract Soak (cover with water) Raw Cashews (or almonds) for at least 4 hrs. Replace water with 12 oz. listed in ingredients and place in Blender, add agave, cinnamon, and vanilla and Blend. Remember to strain once done. I clearly screwed up on this part. I suggest a cloth strainer and not a coffee filter. Please learn from my mistakes, LOL.
