Hello, can you please do a video on what to do if you don't pass the bar exam. I've taken the UBE three times in the last six years, and I really don't know what do. I can't afford the exam fees anymore nor another exam prep course or tutoring. The emotional toll is also high. My law school has not been very supportive. I am working in higher education now, but I am wondering if I should try once more for the higher income potential. I am afraid all my classmates and other alumni in classes after mine will have more experience. What are some alternatives to the legal field when you can't practice? I feel like a failure sometimes for not being able to pass the bar. Any advice?

I should also add that I struggled in law school. I was one of those law students who never learned the rules of "the law school game."

So true about focusing on the wrong things. This tends to show up everywhere in the person's life. You can never memorize all the case law out there, especially as a law student. True, there are people with large sources of knowledge about specific parts of the law but even they have weak areas as well. Focus on figuring out what matters in the given situation and work diligently towards that, that seems to be the big secret to being a success in any field.

One of the first things I learned in college is that I study better after a full night's sleep. It makes no sense to skimp on sleep to study when you study better fully refreshed.

true you've said its essential to have a hobby but my challenge is on how to balance law school and youtube....i love them both equally but i dont know how to go on with both...Plus i dont want to lose my social life...HELP!

It all starts with creating a plan and working smarter instead of harder. Stick to the plan, and don't get bogged down in work that won't help on the final. (See our course at https://www.legaleagleprep.com/masterclass) Once that is in place, wake up early and do your hobby first (or work out, or whatever it is that you want to squeeze in), then fit the rest of your law school life into the remaining time.
Thank you!!!
